Description

PMR are currently recruiting for an Estate Operative in SL6, Maidenhead.

The position is a 6 Month Contract, working 25 - 32 hours per work across a flexible schedule.

The Person Must...

  • have worked as an Estate Operative, Caretaker or Yardmen for at least 6 Months
  • be punctual and hard working
  • be Honest & Reliable

Main Duties...

  • Ensuring the upkeep of the building is to a high standard
  • Making sure the grounds are litter free and the bins are taken out regularly
  • Action Minor Repairs eg. Changing Light bulbs, screwing loose cabinets etc
  • Reporting any health and safety issues to the relevant department
  • Clean and polish entrance doors and furniture
