Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Estate Operative to work at a luxury development in SE1, London

The role will be Thursday to Monday, 8.00 - 16.00

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Oversee cleaning of external and internal areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
  • Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
  • Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
  • Check all overflows externally
  • Pick up litter
  • You will be responsible of the upkeep of the building and grounds to make sure everything is functioning correctly and remains astetically pleaseing
  • Rotation of large bins across development, getting them ready for collections

You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
  • Honest and Reliable
  • Team Player
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
