PMR are working with a national Build to Rent provider to assist in the recruitment of a Leasing Professional for one of their new-build assets.
This role will involve executing the marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies of the development to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.- Perform all leasing activities to achieve the revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospective residents, conducting viewings of showing apartments, processing applications, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and signing process.
- Monitor and analyse current market and competitor conditions that may impact occupancy and sales results.
- Placing and controlling all online marketing through the development's dedicated website, along with advertising portals.
- Managing the dedicated social media accounts related to this development.
- Completing appropriate Right-to-Rent and immigration checks and ensuring all documents provided are certified in line with Government issued code of practices.
- Ensuring deposits are registered with the relevant protected schemes within the necessary timeframe.
- To ensure customer information is handled in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.
- Uses the on-site management software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, as well as manage resident and future resident's data.
- Ensure that the community meets company standards by inspecting the leasing route and show apartments, ensuring physically appealing show apartments and amenities, maintain and uphold a high standard of the communal areas by conducting routine inspections and assisting with preparation of the leasing office for daily activities.
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with other team members, visitors, investor and clients, and both prospective and current residents.
- Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions, and take prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual.
- Follows health & safety procedures and policies in accordance with company, community, and departmental policies & procedures
- Ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential at all times.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing that demonstrates customer service background sufficient to resolve customer complaints
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment amenities, and answer questions regarding residency
- Proficiency in executing sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing
- Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances
- Excellent written and spoken English
- IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for the internal database system).
- Efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature
- Excellent communications skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise effectively & efficiently with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds and work levels
Working Pattern:
This role will be on a rota, 5 days out of 7 with an alternative weekly shift pattern of:
- 7am - 3pm
- 3pm to 11pm.
