- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK and are currently recruiting for permanent caretakers/handyman - Sunday to Thursday (7am-4pm).Main purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning support for the buildings and external areas.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litterPerson Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
