- Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced & personable day concierge to work at a prestigious residential building based in Mill Hill, North London.
The shift pattern will be every Saturday & Sunday, 8am - 8pm
Main Duties
- Welcoming visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Accurate Parcel Handling and recording.
- Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.
- Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors.
- Ensuring that the front desk is always covered & secure.
The Person
- Worked at a Residential Site Previously or 4*-5* Hotels.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Excellent communicator.
- Very smart and well presented.
