Description

PMR are seeking a Scheme Host to oversee a Build to Rent Development in South-East London. The Scheme Host will manage applicants, conduct viewing tours, organise repair works and deal with general tenancy related queries. As well as, organising resident engagement events and encouraging a community feel within the scheme.

This role requires enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills, self-motivated, good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with a degree of flexibility as no two days are ever the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the 'Face' of the scheme as first point of contact for Residents
  • Running regular resident engagement events
  • Working closely with Asset Manager and wider team to provide a bespoke resident experience based on the resident demographic.
  • Handling applicant enquiries and arranging tours quickly and efficiently
  • Conducting tours and agreeing offers for available properties handing over to our Tenancy Management team for progression
  • Reviewing and reporting repair issues providing Residents with regular updates on progress.
  • Carrying out check-ins and Check outs of tenants
  • Regular inspections of vacant apartments and pre-let property condition checks
  • Carry out regular inspection of all common parts reporting any defects
  • Carrying out light concierge duties such as parcel collection and key management
  • Aiming to ensure the Scheme holds 5* reviews on Google ratings

The Person

  • Someone personable and engaging with others
  • Confident with liaising with various people including applicants and residents both in person and electronically
  • Someone willing to personally invest in their scheme with the goal of contributing to the overall experience of our Residents
  • Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility and to take control of their own workload
  • Excellent organisational skills with IT experience
  • Proactive approach in seeking ways to improve residents experience and engagement
  • Self Motivated
  • Previous experience in hospitality or within a customer focussed environment desirable

  • Monday - Friday
