Shift Pattern: 19:00-07:00 4 Nights on 4 Nights off
Reporting to: Head ConciergeThe concierge will be the main point of contact for residents and guest arrivals and the main point of contact for estate assistance round the clock. Their duties will include:
* Greet residents and their guests upon arrival.
* Greet all residents and ensure their guests are signed in and welcomed, as well as, looking after their safety and comfort.
* Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for the managing agent.
* Manage all calls from residents and answer all emails.
* Manage all booking requests.Experience Requirements
* Previous experience within a 5-star Hotel orluxury residential
* Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Good understanding of Health and Safety
* Service driven, understands the importance of going the extra mile
* Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients
