General Manager - Build to Rent

PMR are seeking a General Manager for a multi-site position in London managing Build to Rent assets on behalf of our client, a national Build to Rent provider. You will be joining a disruptive company, pioneering new management practices and initiatives whilst being part of the impressive growth plans for 2022. My client does not have a typical cooperative environment, they have a unique culture and specialise only in build to rent so they are experts in the field. • Overall responsibility for the build to rent schemes and facilities
• Providing leadership and guidance to all staff, encouraging best practice and service excellence
• Responsibility for Health and Safety across the scheme and external grounds
• Driving service excellence to all residents and stakeholders
• Delivering tenant engagement initiatives and community involvement, making the schemes the best place to live in their respective areas of London
• Utilise technology to aid management practice and resident satisfaction
• Monitor contractors onsite, ensuring compliance with H&S
• Oversee turnaround of vacant apartments, limiting void time where possible
• Regular and proactive inspections of the scheme including all communal areas
• Ensure all emergency procedures are in place
