- Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Yardman to join the team on a traditional apartment block based in St Johns Wood. This is a temporary ongoing assignment, which could lead to a permanent position should the candidate prove themselves to the client.
Hours: 8am to 12pm, Monday to Saturday
Rate: £10 per hour + holiday pay
Duties:
- Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litterPerson Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
