Our client is seeking a Residential Administrator to join the team at a luxury residential development based in South West London. In this position you will work as an ambassador for the business, whether face to face, in writing or by telephone to residents, visitors and contractors at all times.
Working Hours
0900 - 1730 (Monday - Friday)
Salary
£25,000 - £30,000
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
- Supporting in the creation of residents communications and newsletters.
- Logging the distribution of necessary equipment for the use of residents services.
- Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
- Assisting the Resident Services Manager with resident event planning, management and execution.
- Assisting Resident Services Manager with marketing collateral.
- Logging reactive maintenance enquiries and passing them onto Maintenance.
- Ensure comprehensive handovers are conducted.
- Supporting and guiding the concierge team, including developing procedures to empower team
- Co-manage the helpdesk email account with the Operations Assistant.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong Administration skills.
- Good communicator.
- Good telephony skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Team player.
- Previous administration experience.
