- Description
Our Client is looking for an experienced Estate Operative to join their team at a luxury residential development based in Kingston.
The shift pattern would be Saturday to Wednesday, with the following hours:
Saturday/Sunday: 6am - 2pm
Monday: 5am - 1pm
Tuesday/Wednesday: 8am - 4pmSalary ranges between £22,000 - £23,000 annually.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning of blocks according to cleaning specification below
-Ensuring bin stores are tidy and accessible
-Litter picking in courtyard by gates/doors/on window sills as necessary
-Ensuring all doors and access points including gates to parking area are secure
- Reporting any issues on the above to the Management Company on the same day as they arise.
- Meeting contractors/residents/Man Co on site as required, e.g. to review the property/facilitate access into blocks/plant rooms (Within working hours)
- Sweeping of courtyard/basement
- Sweeping of bike store/basement area/plant rooms
- Rubbish clearance as required
- Replacement of light bulbs
- Reporting of any repairs required
- Damp wipe all entrance doors, panels and seals to ground floor doors, remove all dirt/marks including from bottom ledges
- Litter pick, sweep in immediate vicinity to doors
- Polish flat signs
- Remove litter left on ground floor window sills externally
- Wipe accessible external sills on ground floor windows
