Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Concierge to join their friendly team based in Exeter.

Reporting To: Estate Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Salary £21,750.00 - £25,000.00 per annum depending on experience.


Purpose of the position - The Concierge is responsible for providing 5-star front-of-house services to visitors and tenants alike. The Concierge will often be the first person a visitor will meet and will therefore set the standard for the estate as a whole.

MUST HAVE - 1-2 years expereince in a customer facing role such as a recepitonist, hotel concierge or any other customer-facing service-related role which has transferrable skills
