Our client manages a portfolio of serviced apartments across London and the South East UK and they are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Supervisor!
Guest Services Supervisor:
- Salary: £25,000 p/a
- Contract: Full time, permanent
- Start date: Immediately
- Training: 2-weeks (in office, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)
- Fixed rota after training (OC is On-Call):

- Key responsibilities: Supervise the guest services team on Saturdays and Sundays and manage all guest contact over this period. Work with Guest Services Manager on weekdays to prepare for the weekend (on Fridays) and debrief following the weekend (on Mondays), whilst also working with weekday guest service team members to manage all guest contact via email/telephone.
- Ideal candidate: Proven ability to lead or supervise a team within the hospitality sector. Relevant experience in handling customer queries/complaints via email/telephone in a professional/corporate manner. Must be a trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) looking to develop their leadership and problem solving skills.
