Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced & personable day Concierge to work at a large luxury residential site based in East London.

The shift pattern will be 4 on and 4 off, 7am - 7pm and the candidate will ideally be available for immediate start.

Essential Skills

  • Welcoming visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required
  • Accurate Parcel Handling and recording
  • Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently
  • Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors
  • Ensuring that the front desk is always covered & secure

Essential Experience

  • Worked at a Residential Site Previously or 4*-5* Hotels
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
