Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Property Administrator to join their Property Management team.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday; 9am - 5.30pm

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the management and performance of the Property Administration team & the administration of a client portfolio.

Core Outcomes:
- Provision and promotion of quality, consistent support to the Property Management team
- Development of a professional, customer-focused ethos within the Administration team
- The smooth running of a busy office

Critical Success Factors
- Compliance with Company procedures & standards
- Delivery of high levels of customer service across the team
- Compliance with GDPR & the Company's Data Protection Policy
- Distribution and delegation of workload across the team
- Ensuring appropriate cover is in place for staff absences and holidays
- Managing and successfully resolving administration complaints
- Supporting and adding value to the Property Management Team

Core Activities
- Manage the Property Administration team
- Administer a client portfolio, supporting the relevant Property Management staff & acting as the first point of contact for all day to day portfolio queries
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Property Management team to ensure their priorities are met

Skills and Experience
- Experience of Managing Staff
- Excellent Administration skills
- The verbal communication skills required to communicate with a diverse client and contractor group
- High level of written and numerical literacy to produce good correspondence and reports
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Good IT skills including Outlook, MS Word, Excel
- Knowledge of Qube an advantage
