PMR are a recruitment and training group, based in London, that works across the UK in the residential housing sector, supplying temporary, permanent and contracted staff, alongside training services. We have grown by 20% each year for the last three years and are currently expanding.

Based at our main office in London (Oxford Circus) we have a role for a Recruitment Compliance Administrator/Trainee to join our growing team

The position is to support all recruitment consultants across the team in referencing and compliance for all temporary staff and new employees we take on.

Ensuring all reference requests are chased up regularly and to update candidate records on our CRM System.

Provide management with a weekly report on referencing and to ensure we have all the correct information added to the CRM.

Provide support to the Team Leaders by candidate resourcing for new temporary staff and ensuring PMR have the best talent across the sector.

Assisting Team Leaders with the management of their temporary staffs timesheets, and to make sure all data is inputted into our CRM correctly, so payroll runs smoothly

Supporting the team with other administration tasks, such as formatting CV's, adding candidates to the CRM, ensuring all candidate details are correct & any other adhoc duties that may arise.

This is a great opportunity to get into a fast paced recruitment sector and get a full understanding of all things residential property management. Excellent progression to train and become a recruitment consultant within 2 years.

This role is available from January 2021
