Job Description

Our client are looking for a night manager to work at a luxury residential block based in Wembley.

The working hours will be 4 nights on 4 nights off with the hours of 6pm - 6am.

Duties include:

To ensure that all residents and visitors are greeted promptly and courteously, in a warm and friendly manner.
To ensure the privacy and confidentiality of residents, their guests and visitors.
To ensure that all Front of House staff are fully briefed on daily activities (E.g. Deliveries), residents moving in/out, residents arrivals/departures, viewings, contractors, VIPs highlighted by the client, etc.
To circulate regularly throughout all Front of House areas, maintaining a high profile with residents and staff.
To be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints.
To ensure effective liaison between front office personnel with other departments (e.g. Yardmen / Handymen) and the senior management.
To ensure that a parcel/delivery system is implemented that will serve to ensure secure and prompt delivery.
To ensure that enquiries, messages, theatre bookings, errands requests etc. are dealt with courteously and efficiently.
To ensure that incoming and outgoing telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously, following company standards.
To ensure maximum security of the development and report any breach of security to the senior management or the relevant authorities.
To carry out systematic checks of all Front of House areas for maintenance requirements, repairs or refurbishing, ensuring that these are actioned without delay.
To ensure that the main entrance is easily accessible at all times.
To carry out or ensure that regular On-the-Job training is taking place to agreed standards.
To ensure accurate and timely submission of all reports and administrative work.

Candidates must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undertake full vetting checks.

Experience with Build To Rent (BTR), in a senior position working within the residential property sector or 4/5* Hotels is a necessity.
