Job Description

Our client are looking for a Night Concierge to work at a luxury residential block based in Manchester.

The shift pattern is 4 days on and 4 days off, Hours are 7pm to 7am.

Duties include:

- Cover the main concierge desk at all times, provide the highest level of customer care and service and log daily activity.
- Meet and greet all visitors and assist residents with any queries they may have and provide updates on building operational matters as required.
- Undertake regular building patrols and checks and report maintenance, health & safety, complaints or other issues to onsite property manager or take appropriate action in event of emergency.
- Pro-actively deal with any maintenance and cleaning/litter problems identified within the building and the external estate areas including maintaining or cleaning any area or problem if you are able to do so (i.e. light bulb changes). This includes maintaining the reception area ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Undertake weekly test of building safety systems such as fire alarm, lift alarm, panic alarm, etc and log all test as per company procedure.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and maintain high level of security at site. Manage access control system including registering new tenants and screen all visitors, contractors and third parties before they enter the building.
- Co-ordinate and allow access for services to the Development, such as refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance, utility companies.
- Manage all deliveries to building residents including receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail in line with the company procedure.
- Manage the key holding and issuing process and ensure keys are only issued to correct personnel/residents whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keys in line with the company procedure.
- Open/close and maintain the leisure facility day to day, including inspection, tidying, pool chemical testing (training will be provided), reporting issues and monitoring use of leisure facility to ensure rules and regulations are being adhered to.
- Report to and liaise with onsite property management team to ensure all issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. Undertake any administrative tasks as requested by on-site management team.

Previous experience working in luxury residential apartments would be desirable. All candidates must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
