PMR are a recruitment group that works across the UK, assisting managers of private residential property with on-site staff.
Generally, these roles are for Caretakers, Concierges, technical staff and Estate Managers; we provide all of these on both a permanent, or temporary, basis. We are based in offices in Oxford Circus, where our experienced team deliver our services to an expanding and prestigious client base.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for another team member to join our accounts office at Chippenham, which is where our payroll, invoicing and accounting functions are based.
You would work closely with both our Accounts Manager and the Recruitment Team.
Your main duties would be,
" Responsibility for invoicing for all Group companies, both using an industry specialist product and manually through Sage Line 50.
" Collating, scanning and creating timesheet based invoices, verifying rates and charges with the Recruitment team, where necessary
" Obtaining new client information from the Recruitment team and keeping client invoice records up to date on both systems
" Managing interaction with our clients' purchase order systems and dealing with site based managers to ensure that correct PO's are obtained.
" Confirming with clients payment dates and supplying copy invoices when needed.
" Assisting the Accounts Manager with ad hoc tasks
You will need to have had substantial experience in managing a sales ledger.
You will need great attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively.
As a minimum, you must have 'C' grades at Maths and English GCSE, however we will happily consider candidates who are qualified by greater experience.
As part of the interview process, you will be asked to complete a skills assessment test.
