Job Description

Our client is seeking a Front of House Facilities Manager to run the day to day operations, Health and Safety and management of services at a luxury residential development based in North London.

Main duties:

  • Greet visitors, guests and residents in the reception area of the estate.
  • Ensure that all post and parcels are distributed correctly.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, and take any action required or pass on messages accordingly.
  • Ask for identification of anyone requiring access who is not known to you.
  • Log keys coming in, and taken out, in the correct books, ensuring that the correct written authority is held.
  • Maintain visual standards and quality customer service for the development.
  • To be self-motivating and to strive for and achieve success for the development and company.
  • To foster a can-do attitude to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety and proactively identifying risks and hazards (to immediate manager) to continuously improve safety performance.
  • Management of secure underground parking and fully equipped on-site gym, ensuring the gardens located across the development are always maintained and up to standard

Person specification:

  • Experience of working in a high-end residential establishment and well presented.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
  • Professional and patient manner with the ability to remain calm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to undertake further training as required.
