Job Description

Our client are looking for a Development Manager to work at a new luxury development with residential, retail, restaurant and leuisure facilities in Ealing, W5.

The Development Manager will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Development at an operational level and be the main client liaison with both the Managing Agent and residents.

The role consists of planning, delivering and managing the services of the development and being responsible and accountable for ensuring all Health, Safety & Compliance processes and procedures are implemented.

Main duties will be to:
-Manage and lead a team of staff in cleaning, maintenance and front of house roles
-Approve and monitor KPIs regarding operations and quickly but efficiently deal with resident's complaints
-Be involved in service charge administration, planning maintenance and control expenditure in line with service charge budgets as well as managing service contracts
-Management of major works and insurance claims
-Providing reports to management

It is highly desirable (although not essential) to be IRPM qualified. Essential skills will be excellent customer service skills, leadership, excellent verbal & written communication, ability to work under pressure and balance often conflicting priorities.

The Development Manager must be extremely well presented, organised, confident, hardworking and possess a solid proven track record.

Candidates need experience of high density mixed use of residential and commercial management (500 units +).

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
