Job Description

Our client is looking for an polished and professional Development Manager for this brand new very high end riverside residential development in Tower Bridge.

The Development Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the residential property at an operational level and be the key client liaison with the residents and the managing agent.

The role includes planning, delivering and managing the services and being responsible and accountable for ensuring all Health, Safety & Compliance processes and procedures are implemented. Key duties will be to manage, motivate and lead a large team of Concierge, Estate Operatives and Cleaning staff, security, cleaning, and maintenance roles. Health and Safety, Budget and Contract management are essential skills together with excellent customer service skills, leadership, excellent verbal & written communication, and the ability to work under pressure and balance often conflicting priorities.

The successful candidate will have direct experience of running a high end residential block or also have a background in 5* Hotel Management Experience, knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and RICS and ARMA guidelines, excellent customer care, be able to proactively liaise with contractors and residents, be aware of all Health and Safety procedures and protocols, be extremely well presented, organised, confident and hard working.

It is highly desirable (although not essential) to be IRPM qualified. Essential skills will be excellent customer service skills, leadership, excellent verbal & written communication, ability to work under pressure and balance often conflicting priorities. The Estate Manager must be extremely well presented, organised, confident, hardworking and possess a solid proven track record.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
