Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join the team at a high end student accommodation building in Central London.

Job Description:

- Communicate effectively, whether face to face, via telephone or in writing, with customers and colleagues, clearly understanding and responding to their needs.

- Provide 'front of house' services at the property delivering excellent customer service consistently and in line with urbanest values.

- Provide effective monitoring and management of residents including behaviour issues, maintenance and damage.

- Provide a decisive and effective response to customer complaints and arbitrate tenant disputes to effective resolution following the core operating procedures.

- Ensure compliance, security and integrity of customer data.

- Complete customer check-ins/outs and other resident processes in a timely and accurate manner in line with the core operating procedures.

- Understand who the different stakeholders are within your property and across the portfolio, familiarise yourself with processes relating to clients and agreements and adhere to them.

Experience working in customer facing roles is essential.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
