My client is a growing student accommodation company based in London who are looking for a number of customer service representatives.
-An outgoing and enthusiastic individual
-Be passionate about customer service/care
-Prioritise the student experience in the department's processes and operational delivery.
-Ensure the Institute of Customer Service and UUK Standards are implemented and to be able to exceed customers' expectations.
You will be responsible for:
-Promoting a sense of community and an environment for personal growth within the halls of residence
-Developing an events and activities programme that will enhance the student living experience.
-Viewings and showrounds of the property
-First point of call for all students and visitors
-Dealing with any queries and complaints and referring them to the Duty Manager as appropriate
-Maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
You will have had experience in:
-A front of house role in a hospitality environment
-Student accommodation experience is desirable
-Working under pressure and be able to maintain a high level of Customer Service
-Be an advocate of the companies corporate values at all times
