Job Description

Our client are currently seeking a concierge for a luxury residential development in Central London to work every Saturday and Sunday 08:00-20:00

Duties include;

-To provide all necessary services to the residents as per the instructions of senior management.
- Inspect all lights to common parts daily, including lifts, noting any defects in the porters' daily diary.
- To communicate efficiently with all other members of staff, the residents, guests and on-site building manager.
- Responsible for the welcoming residents and guests to the property.
-All visits made by contractors should be recorded including regular maintenance visits to lifts and boiler installation.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts at all times.
- To respond proactively to resident requests. Always respond a timely and polite manner.
- During working hours, you will be located at the reception desk except when carrying out any required assistance within the building.
Regular security patrols should be carried out around the property, especially late at night and regular checks should be made to ensure that the lift and boiler plant are operating correctly.
- At the end of your shift, you must ensure the property is kept clean, tidy and that all electrical/ technological appliances are in good working conditions at all times.
- While manning the main reception desk, you may be required to carry out a variety of administration and office tasks.
- Residents and contractor's keys to be signed in and out, using on site procedures
- Clean and polish all brass work and vacuum foyers daily
- Report to the Building Manager or Managing Agents any matters requiring attention, e.g. leaking gutters, downpipes, overflow and any other repairs.
