Our client is currently seeking Concierge staff to work at a luxury residential apartment development in East London.
Working hours are on a 5 day rota, there are mix shifts available working 45 hours per week.
To assume a residential on-site role and provide a point of contact for the residents and their needs. To ensure that the property is run smoothly and to provide a security presence and administration assistance where necessary. The front of house position will be predominantly situated at the main reception desk.
Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office.
Assisting residents, contractors and visitors when and where required.
Routine patrols of the development.
Electric meter and water reading for residents.
Keeping a diary of all works and visits.
Reporting Faults and Defects through appropriate channels.
Answering telephone calls and emails and logging of messages.
Signing in and out visitors and contractors.
Receiving parcels and letters on behalf of residents then programming them on a parcel data base system before putting them on a shelf for collection.
Key holding and management, programming fob keys and car remote control fobs for contractors and residents.
Handing out keys and access fobs to cleaners, residents and contractors as required.
Able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift.
Previous experience working in 4 or 5* hotels, or luxury residential apartments is essential
An SIA Licence would be beneficial.
