Our client is looking for an Assistant to work alongside their Executive Office Manager & Assistant General Manager at their luxury residential block based in Chelsea, London SW10.
The hours are;
Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
They are looking for a hardworking, proactive, professional, and reliable candidate to support the Manager in the day to day running of the development & staffing related duties such as; rotas, training and other HR related duties.
It would be an advantage to have previous residential block management experience.
Previous experience of managing a large team of staff and a good working knowledge of residential property management would be desirable.
The role will also be a client facing role so excellent presentation, communication, IT and interpersonal skills are a must! On top of this excellent contract management and record keeping skills.
The successful candidate must have leadership qualities, have a hands on approach, be versatile and be able to oversee staff.
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
