We are looking for a confident and service-driven Resident Services Associate to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and dependable support residents rely on, helping ensure the community runs smoothly, the building is well cared-for, and our service standards remain consistently high. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding living experience for everyone.
Working 20 Hours per week on a flexible schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing warm, professional customer service to residents and visitors
- Delivering a range of resident-facing services including reception duties, meet-and-greet, parcel processing, property inspections, viewings, and general enquiries
- Assisting with responsibilities related to tenancies, income processes, unit readiness and resident engagement
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain consistent service levels
What We're Looking For
- Experience in residential rental environments, hospitality, tourism, or similar customer-focused settings
- An understanding of on-site health and safety, with the ability to put it into practice
- Background in supporting events or business functions is a plus
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Target-driven, positive, and resilient attitude
- Qualifications in property or customer service are desirable but not essential
