Day Concierge - Permanent, Full-Time
We are looking for a professional and service-driven Day Concierge to join a prestigious, luxury residential development in London. This is a full-time, permanent role, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, 7:00am - 7:00pm.
About the Role:
As Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering exceptional concierge services, amenity operations, and building security. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage deliveries and guest arrivals, and ensure a seamless and high-standard resident experience. You will work closely with the building management team to uphold a culture of excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality customer service for residents and guests.
Motivate colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Conduct site inspections and security patrols.
Support amenities and manage bookings, post, and deliveries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' concierge experience in luxury London residential or hospitality environments.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Highly service-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Knowledge of Central London and surrounding areas.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team relationships.
Impeccable personal presentation, hygiene, and professional conduct.
Additional language skills are a plus.
