PMR is partnering with an exciting and dynamic brand that is seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in the co-working industry. The successful candidate will assume the role of Membership Sales Executive.
This position offers a competitive salary along with an attractive benefits package and commission.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, client tours, proposal development, contract negotiation, and membership finalisation, while maintaining a balance between client satisfaction and organisational objectives.
- Conduct professional tours of client spaces for prospective members, effectively communicating the value, benefits, and differentiating features of membership offerings.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new markets, partnerships, and opportunities to expand membership sales.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality leads through proactive outreach, strategic networking, and collaboration with third-party agents and brokers to maximize occupancy levels.
- Collaborate closely with the community team to support member retention, renewals, and revenue growth by fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or service enhancements.
- Partner with the Head of Membership to design, implement, and refine sales and business development strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales and business development performance, providing regular insights and updates to the Head of Membership.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of leads, opportunities, deals, and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Support the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive overall experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of all services and products, including private offices, event spaces, and ancillary offerings.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility, strengthen partnerships, and generate qualified business leads.
What We Need From YOU:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, co-working, business development, hospitality.
- Great communication, confident in reaching out to clients and bringing ideas to the table.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets from lead generation through to deal close.
