Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a House Manager to oversee the day to day management of a super high end residential building in Mayfair. Hours of work will be 8am-6pm from Monday to Friday.

Job Purpose:

- Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service
- Ensure functional, clean and safe environment
- Standard service to be in accordance with the RICS code of practice, current legislation and the standard operating procedures of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of concierge staff
- Handling and resolving queries from staff, residents and client
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- To monitor the presence of workmen working within the building and supervise their activities to ensure minimum disturbance to residents
- Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts at all times
- To respond proactively to resident requests
- Ensure health & safety compliance for building and keep records in an organised manner
- Ensure the security of the building is never compromised
- Inspect the common parts at regular intervals and check that all equipment is in working order
- Assist residents at all times together with their guests when required
- Whilst covering the desk you may need to carry out office and administrative duties
- To perform all necessary house manager duties. These duties include, but are not limited to: carrying luggage, cleaning, and any other activity as required.
- To be aware of how the works permit system works, and manage health and safety onsite
- Training and supervising staff and any temporary staff where required
- Work closely with property manager to ensure service charge expenditure is no more than 5% variance to budget
- Create and maintain up to date asset register
- Report any covenant breaches to manager
- Assisting with ad-hoc work as may be required

Candidates MUST have a valid driving licence.

Previous experience working in luxury residential or 4/5* hotels would be essential.
