Job Description

Our Client manages a luxury residential scheme in South East London and is currently seeking a Head Concierge to join the team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 07.00am to 19.00pm

Duties Required:
- Ensure that the building is maintained to the highest standards expected by the Landlord and Managing Agent and that the Building and Estate runs efficiently.
- To co-ordinate the day to day running of the building liaising with tenants/owners to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
- Effectively manage and monitor staff performance and that their work is completed to the highest possible standards.
- Monitor and maintain standards of dress, attendance, punctuality and reliability, and take the actions necessary to achieve the standards set by the Employer.
- Maintain and submit to the assistant development manager daily records of attendance, sickness, punctuality.
- Monitor performance against management instructions and take the actions necessary to ensure compliance. Including applying the initial steps of the company's disciplinary procedures.
- Promote a positive attitude towards employment through encouraging and motivating team work.
- Take the steps necessary to preserve the welfare and morale of the staff under your control, reporting concerns to Management and recommending remedial action.
- Ensure that the shift is health and safety compliant at all times.
- Ensure that the concierge, back office and external areas where appropriate is clean and presentable and the staff carryout regular cleaning.

Qualifications Required:
- SIA Security Licence
- GCSE in English Language or equivalent
- GCSE in Mathematics or equivalent
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years' experience of working within the 5* hospitality sector and have luxury hotel or residential block experience.

Candidates must be able to provide two excellent references and be willing to undertake full vetting checks
