Our client is currently looking for a new concierge for a residential development based in Wapping.
Shifts will be 4 on 4 off - 07.30am to 19.30pm
Providing an excellent 5* front of house service to all residents and guests to the development
To ensure that all residents are properly greeted and that any messages, mail, correspondence, parcels, deliveries or dry cleaning is passed to them promptly as per procedure.
To work with integrity to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all residents, their guests and visitors.
To assist residents in offering a complete Concierge services including: courier services, cinema/theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, car hire, booking tours, airline reservations, delivery/collection of articles for tenants, making appointments for hair dressers, doctors, dentists etc and offering assistance in services such as florists, caterers, chefs, dog walkers etc.
Ensuring that all such activities are recorded, accounted for and re-charged to residents (where applicable), according to procedure.
To coordinating the day to day running of the concierge desk.
To regularly liaise as a point of contact between visitors, owners/residents, and Staff to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently and duties carried out promptly.
All candidates must be willing to undertake a full CRB and vetting check and be able to provide full references
