Our client are currently seeking a new Building Manager for a residential development based in NW London.
Hours: Monday - Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm
The Role will include but is not limited to:
Oversight and day-to-day management of:
Concierge, cleaners, handyman and full time staff
Traditional front of house estate management issues.
Daily common parts inspections.
Common parts cleaning.
Car park management.
M&E management - liaison with 3rd party contracted soft and hard service providers.
Keeping a register of works carried out and issuing permits to work.
Block security - to include key fob and CCTV management and the management of leaseholder and building keys.
Health & Safety compliance - to include regular system testing.
Incoming delivery management.
Regularly updating information to the central estate web portal.
Management of the incoming and outgoing residential tenants.
Candidates with previous residential management is preferable, you must also be able to provide full working references and be willing to carry out a full vetting check,
