Our client is seeking a Bell Attendant/Doorman to join their team at a super high end residential scheme in South West London.
You will be required to work on a rota basis:
5 shifts per week
8 hours per day
To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
To be entirely flexible and be able to be rotated within the different departments of the operation as assigned.
To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the residence.
To cordially greet all arriving and departing residents/visitors and open the doors for them as well as help them out off/into their car or taxi.
To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept immaculately clean and organized at all times.
To assist resident entering and departing and to carry their luggage/bags to or from their apartments.
To park residents' vehicles in the basement garage as requested.
To bring residents/visitors cars from the basement garage to the driveway as requested.
To hail taxis for residents and/or their visitors.
To maintain good traffic flows and keep the driveway free of traffic and accessible for the incoming vehicles.
To welcome the residences upon their arrival in a friendly and caring manner and opening the main door for all residences.
Opening the car doors for all residences using a car or taxi, providing assistance with their luggage or parcels and bring them in to the building in an efficient and timely manner to ensure residence satisfaction.
Parking and collecting cars on request.
Handling all requests in a polite and efficient manner such as calling a taxi or giving directions, referring requests to relevant staff if needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Controlling the traffic ensuring that there are no vehicles blocking the buildings entrance.
Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of main entrance area, taking corrective actions if needed.
Bell Attendant Duties:
Delivering parcels, groceries, laundry and goods to apartments in an efficient and timely manner, to ensure residence satisfaction.
Escorting visitors to apartments.
Handling residence requests in a polite and efficient manner, referring requests to relevant staff when needed and following it up when necessary.
Collecting luggage from apartments and keeping them in a secure area until residence departure.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the storage rooms.
The ideal candidate should have a charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills.
Previous experience in 4/5* hotels/residential is preferred.
Possession of a valid UK driving license. (Advanced would be preferred)
